The Solution✅

EDSB discovered Nimbus Connect, which is compatible with a wide range of addressable fire alarm panels. Once installed the Nimbus portal allowed the customer to view the status of their entire estate on a single screen. Additionally, the system supports weekly 
manual call point testing through a user-friendly mobile app, simplifying compliance management. The engineering team installed the Nimbus Connect units swiftly and efficiently at the customer’s sites and after a brief training session, the customer was able to navigate the Nimbus portal with ease. 

The Results💡

The customer can now login to the Nimbus portal from anywhere, anytime and independently generate the necessary reports for their client’s auditors. By replacing traditional, outdated methods with the Nimbus System, EDSB has delivered 100% compliance testing of multiple fire alarm systems across multiple schools in Birmingham. Whilst providing real-time tracking, compliance assurance and accurate reporting. This collaboration has given both the customer and their auditors full confidence that fire safety standards and SLA's are being met.
