The Challenge

Allsaved needed to ensure full BS5839 compliance across multiple sites, but testing was time-consuming and often required two engineers on larger sites. Asset records and testing history were also managed manually, making servicing slower and less efficient.

The Solution

NimbusGo digitised asset testing and service records, allowing engineers to record tests, view asset history and see what still needed testing. It also enabled one-person testing, reducing time on site and improving servicing efficiency.

The Challenge❌

Allsaved needed to ensure full BS5839 compliance across multiple sites, but testing was time-consuming and often required two engineers on larger sites. Engineers had to walk between devices and the fire alarm panel to confirm tests, which increased time on site and labour costs.

Asset records and testing information were also recorded manually, making it harder to track what had been tested previously and what still needed testing on future service visits.

Overall, servicing was more time-consuming, manual and less efficient than it needed to be. 

The Solution✅

NimbusGo digitised the testing and servicing process, allowing engineers to record asset tests, results and service activity directly through the app while on site.

Engineers could see asset lists, testing history and outstanding tests, helping them complete servicing more efficiently and accurately.

NimbusGo also enabled one-person testing on larger sites, removing the need for a second engineer at the panel and significantly reducing time spent on site.
