Solent University, spanning over 50,000 square metres, faced challenges in managing fire alarm tests, evacuations, and servicing across its large site. Traditional systems relied on manual notifications and physical presence in the Estates & Facilities office, leading to delays and inefficiencies in response and record keeping.

The Solution✅

Solent's fire alarm contractor ARC Fire Safety installed Nimbus Connect, a cloud-based fire alarm management system which enhances communication and control. The installation has provided the University with instant notifications to relevant staff, regardless of their physical location using the Nimbus Notify App.
